Rental Conditions
RENTAL CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT
When you book one of our villas, you accept this conditions and a short-term residence agreement is deemed to exist between the parties. You agree to sign a copy of such short-term residence Agreement at arrival date.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
During high season, 7 nights is usually the minimum stay. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at our sole discretion, we might accept sorter stays.
Once a holiday period is chosen and its availability confirmed, you will received a pre-booking document, in which you will find details such as characteristics and equipment of the villa, arrival and departure date, rental fee and any other information that might be of your concern.
To hold the booking as firm you must pay 50% of the total rental fee (hereinafter “booking fee”) by bank transfer to the account number provided by us within the pre-booking document above mentioned no later than 48 hours after reception of the pre-booking document. If you fail to pay the “booking fee” in good time, the booking shall be deemed cancelled.
The remaining 50% of the rental fee must be paid at keys’ hand over and at contract signature, in cash.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of 30% of the total rental fee or of 360€, whichever is greater, shall be paid together with the booking fee to cover replacement costs for any kind of loss and/or damages that may occur during your stay at the villa.
This refundable security deposit will be refunded to you at departure date, previously deducted, if applicable, any costs incurred.
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
In the event, you cancel the booking for any reason not attributable to us, we will refund you the paid amounts less a cancellation fee calculated as follows:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date: 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior: 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 15 days or less prior: 100% cancellation fee.
KEYS HAND OVER AND DEPARTURE
The keys’ hand over and the contract signature will take place at the property from 12:00 to 20:00 hours of the arrival date fixed within the document “Booking Confirmation” that will be mailed to you upon payment of the booking fee.
In the event you expect to arrive at a different time, you should contact us so as to coordinate keys’ hand over and signature.
Departure shall take place at the agreed date and always before 12:00. Villa state and inventory shall be previously checked.
SUPPLIES AND EXPENSES AND MISCELLANEAUS
The agreed rental fee includes water, electricity, communal services, arrival and departure cleaning, household linen and standard kitchen equipment.
The maximum number of permitted guests for each villa shall be the one fixed within the BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
Pets are not allowed.
